Am I missing something here? The black curtain is nowhere near ventari's refuge.

13 Weapon Mastery
8 Tactics
8 Strength
7 Healing Prayers
8 Protection Prayers
-Cylone Axe
-Watch Yourself
-Live Vicariously
-Dolyak Signet
-Balthazar's Spirit
-Mark of Protection
-Healing Breeze
-Sheilding Hands
Have fun taking on 8-12 lvl 24 Mountain Trolls all at once. As long as you time everything right and don't lost all your protection or healing abilities by Dissruptive Chop, you'll be fine.
The KEY to this build is Cyclone Axe + Live Vicariously, with the stats I stated you get healing for +10 x # of enemies hit. So if you have 9 Trolls on you, and cyclone axe, you get 90 health, for only 5 yes 5 energy, plus you damage them all too. More enemies, more health. The largest group I've ever managed to kill was around 16 trolls at once. Scary stuff, let me tell you.
Have fun.

this build is very efficient for killing trolls. you need a 3/1 vamp axe, though.

I think he is talking about the groups of trolls before the portal as if you were on the way to Galrath maybe?

That's what I thought...
Why would you even bother farming them then? If you have Glad's defense, you should have acces to droknar's trolls. More exp., better loot, and shorter run. Superior in every way imo.

Go to droks for trolls. If I'm reading correctly, I think your talking about the zone in the most southwest corner of the map Reed's Bog? Not sure on the name. Anyway, I remember there being tons of trolls here so, out of curiousity, I took my farm solo build to the jungle.
Turns out they have ranger skills and self heals, and defensive skills, prolonging the process for a while, and not really having any great drops on top of that.
just my input.
